The Stoeger Double Defense is a straightforward, rugged, and reliable over under shotgun designed for home defense. Its traditional break action and short tactical length make it easy to load and quick to deploy in tight quarters. Chambered for 2-3/4 and 3 inch shells in 20 gauge, this model updates the classic double barrel platform with practical modern features.

The 20 inch barrels feature fixed improved cylinder chokes and a green fiber optic front sight for rapid target acquisition. A single trigger and tang mounted automatic safety support fast and secure operation. Two Picatinny rail mounts are included, one on the receiver for optics and one under the barrels for lasers or tactical lights.

All metal surfaces are finished in matte blue with a non reflective matte black stock and forearm. Overall length is 36.5 inches with a weight of 6.6 pounds. The Double Defense delivers a compact and dependable defensive shotgun suited for home security applications.
